In our Western civilization, deep, meaningful rituals for young people at the transition to adulthood are lacking. Of course, every young generation will again find opportunities for courage and drug experience, but actual initiation rituals in the sense of community-building, spiritual and mind-expanding cult gatherings are largely absent. Especially in our time, where young people are exposed to various challenges and great uncertainty.
