Drug competence as the counterpart to drug addiction  Prof. Dr. habil Gundula Barsch

Officials hardly ever come up with the idea that people enjoy drugs. The view is often obscured by the knowledge of painful life references, in which drug addicts find themselves again. However, apart from public perception, consumers are blatantly exchanging pleasure, fun and enjoyment for the consumption of a wide range of psychoactive substances and pass on the necessary knowledge and experience. High time to turn to these topics in science and practice. The Concept of Drug Enforcement has developed the blueprint for a concept that sees itself as a paradigm shift to the figureheads of current addiction prevention.
